BOHOL x SIQUIJOR 2016.2

Our Bohol escapade officially began on the second day. The pension house that we stayed at recommended Mang Nicolas who officiated our tour. I really enjoyed our road trip since I'm a big fan of Farmville. There are lots of fields and farm animals, the views are breathtaking, and the air is cold and refreshing. 

The first destination on our itinerary was of course, the Chocolate Hills. We stopped by Nicole's Souvenirs and Gift Shoppe that offers ATV rides for a close-up view of the famous tourist attraction. The ATV costs Php 450 for the 30-minute ride, Php 500 for 40 minutes, and Php 900 for an hour-long drive.

After 40 minutes, we went to the viewing deck to get another glimpse of the Chocolate Hills from the above.

Wala. Nagmamaganda lang. Hoho~

After our bad ass Chocolate Hills ATV adventure, we went to the serene and exquisite Butterfly Sanctuary. We were lucky to have the bubbly Ms. Judai as our tour guide. She has a lot of punch lines that made the tour even more fun.

Before heading to the River Cruise, we had a stop-over at the ShipHaus: a house that is known for its remarkable architecture and concept. The ShipHaus, owned by Captain Dumapias, has already been featured in a lot of magazine-oriented TV shows in the Philippines. It is also open for accommodation with the following rates:

• Captain Cabin- good for 2 pax, with free breakfast, fully air conditioned, Php 2,000/day
• Aircon Rooms- good for 2 pax, with free breakfast, fully air conditioned, Php 1,000/day
• Family Room- good for 4 pax, with free breakfast, non-air conditioned, Php 1,500/day
